This PR adds tslint with recommended settings except for currently offended rules.
I only enforced the following ones:
no-trailing-whitespacestypedef-whitespaceeoflineEach enforced rule can be cherry-picked separately.
EDIT: Ok just noticed #1 ... I'm too excited...
